Since December 2015, Shepton Brasserie has been in the hands of chef Richard Page, who has vast experience of cooking in quality establishments throughout the south west and London. He has always had a passion in sourcing good local ingredients and have worked hard to build terrific relationships with local producers. Richard enjoys using the freshest of ingredients, ensuring quality flavours are presented on the plate.
